They don't care at all about tanning, and were much more excited about looking youthful as long as they can. Hmm, made sense to me. So why can't America learn from this philosophy? Even as time passes and sun exposure is discouraged, people still keep on sunbathing and strive for rich dark tans to maintain year-round. It is an enigma no doubt.
