I decided that I would try and change my lifestyle rather than put up with the side-effects of the medicines.
I've always been a type A personality. I ate on the run, slept 3 to four hours a night & ate whatever I felt hungry for. Suddenly I found myself trying to eat healthy, get exercise and more sleep. I didn't wish to surrender my economic goals; however my healthcare professional was quite blunt with me.
